Spring semester is here and we are going through a lot of changes in video production! We have finally said goodbye to our iMacs :( and moved over to a PC-only platform. This means no more iMovie! We're learning how to utilize Adobe Premiere Pro and so far it's going pretty well! In order to learn the software quickly we are now doing #3DayProjects which look something like this: Day 1: Planning / Scripting Day 2: Shooting Day 3: Editing The general idea is that we do a bunch of short projects during the first quarter to learn the skills we need and then during second quarter we can focus on making more quality projects. Today is the official 3rd day to our first project! I'm looking forward to seeing how our first videos turned out! What is one thing you learned about the video production during this project? What is one thing you learned about working in a team? |

I learned how to cut video, music, and voice over in adobe premiere. I also learned that when you work in a team, you need to include everyone even if they don't want to work.

I learned that video production takes teamwork, cooperation, and hard work to get a project done. I learned when working as a team, the job gets done faster.

I learned how to use a camera and a tripod; how to import a video to Adobe Premiere Pro; and how to edit the video to make them pretty.I learned that you have to be patient when working with others, or else you might lose it.

One thing I learned about video production is how to take voice overs and syncing it with a video. By working with a team I learned that we should learn to compromise and not let one person do all the work. Everyone should do the same amount of work.

I learned how to make a script, make the video, edit the video, and finish the final product. When working with a team, I learned that everyone should take turns to do the jobs and always be patient with others.
